Belle Via wants you to love your new wig!

Rest assured that your new wig is of the finest quality and is in perfect factory condition.

Belle Via gladly accepts wig returns within three (3) days of product delivery. This is for the health and safety of our customers.

Accessories such as styling tools and wig care products are not eligible for return. "SPECIAL" wigs are final sale (not eligible for return).

Wigs must be returned in proper, sturdy cardboard shipping boxes similar to the container the in which the wig arrived.

Wigs submitted for return must must include ALL original packaging including wig tags (still attached), original and undamaged manufacturer wig box, and original packaging materials (including tissue paper).

Wigs shipped in bubble mailers, envelopes or packing paper-wrapped decorative wig manufacturer boxes will not be accepted for return.

Wigs are not eligible for return if any of these conditions exist:

  • wig has been worn
  • wig has been damaged or treated with heat
  • wig has had the factory parting removed or altered
  • wig has been brushed, styled or altered in any way
  • wig has had product(s) applied
  • wig has an odor (smoke, perfume, etc.)
  • wig packaging has been damaged or lost
  • wig tags have been removed or damaged

Upon receipt of the returned wig at Belle Via offices, the wig will be inspected and evaluated. If the wig condition meets the criteria above, a refund will be issued within three (3) business days. Note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all wig returns. The customer must pay for return shipping with a reputable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Alternatively, Belle Via will email the customer a return shipping label ($12.95 will be deducted from the customer's refund if this option is chosen).

Belle Via is not a "try before you buy" service. If you return more than two (2) wigs, no further returns will be accepted.
